Promotion Details:
Arli Homes is offering a limited-time promotion to new customers building any Arli Collection Home who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. Eligible customers will receive up to $5,000 off their New Home Estimate. Arli Homes will cover the customer’s initial building deposit amount paid to the previous builder if the customer builds with Arli Homes. Maximum rebate is $5,000.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for this promotion, customers must meet the following conditions: Offer available to new customers only, The customer must sign a New Home Estimate with Arli Homes and pay the required deposit, The customer must have finance pre-approval from a financial institution, Only applicable to the Arli Homes Collection range – custom homes excluded, The customer must provide a receipt or proof of payment for the deposit paid to their previous builder
Terms and Conditions:
The Arli Homes “Arli covers your deposit” promotion is available to eligible customers at the discretion of Bass Haus Pty Ltd, trading as Arli Homes. To qualify, customers must sign a New Home Estimate, pay the required deposit, and provide finance pre-approval. This promotion applies only to Arli Collection Homes and excludes custom builds. Arli Homes reserves the right to amend or end this promotion at any time without notice. This offer is valid for new customers and new deposits only. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and is limited to one redemption per customer. The discount will be applied at the quoting stage and cannot be exchanged for cash. Customers must supply a receipt for the deposit paid to the previous builder. The maximum rebate is $5,000. Promotion period runs from 01/08/2025 to 01/09/2025 unless extended or withdrawn earlier by Arli Homes.
